Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service offered by won99. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and won99 ("won99", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of won99 services is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and real-money gaming on won99 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. won99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balances returned in accordance with applicable guidelines.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on won99. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false information, including falsifying identity documents, constitutes fraud and will be referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
2.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of won99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. won99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players accessing won99 do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. won99 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password not shared across other platforms. You must notify won99 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.2 No Credential Sharing. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Account access by any person other than the registered Account holder is prohibited. won99 accepts no liability for losses arising from credential sharing.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). won99 may, at its discretion or upon reaching defined thresholds, require Players to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal capabilities.
4.1 Accepted Methods. won99 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Accepted methods are subject to change without notice. The Player is responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment service provider.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the won99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). won99 is not liable for any currency conversion costs incurred by Players whose payment methods operate in a different base currency.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. won99 reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for a deposit where technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated periodically.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. won99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Suspicious transaction patterns, including large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal without gaming activity, may trigger enhanced due-diligence procedures and reporting obligations under applicable law.
4.5 Chargebacks. Any Player who initiates a chargeback or payment reversal through their bank or payment provider in bad faith — for example, after receiving gaming services — will have their Account suspended and the reversed amount treated as a debt owed to won99. won99 reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal channels where appropriate.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by won99 are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
5.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. won99 reserves the right to withdraw or void bonuses where it determines that abuse or exploitation has occurred.
5.3 Variation and Withdrawal of Promotions. won99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use prior to the change, subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
5.4 Misuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus-hunting strategies, collusion with other players, or use of automated software — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the won99 Platform — whether software-based slot and table games or live dealer products — are governed by the rules of the respective game type and the technical specifications of the supplying game studio. won99 does not alter game mechanics or payout structures.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or technical fault that disrupts the normal course of a game round, won99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' Wallets. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — won99 is not liable for payouts arising from demonstrably erroneous game states.
6.3 Sportsbook Settlements. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. won99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results. In the event of a dispute between market settlement and published official results, the official result shall prevail.
6.4 Maximum Payout. won99 may apply daily, weekly, or game-specific maximum payout limits. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated. Where a win exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the excess will be forfeited.

10.1 won99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, won99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 won99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game malfunctions, network outages, payment processing delays, or third-party service failures.
10.3 won99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the claim.
won99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge having read and accepted the Privacy Policy. won99 does not sell Player personal data to third parties.
won99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address associated with a Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept amended terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under won99's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and won99, the Player should first contact won99 customer support via live chat to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by won99's licensing authority.
13.3 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
